This is a clip from the oral argument at the Second District Court of Appeal on September 9, 2008 in the case of Braswell v. Braswell, 4 So.3d 4 (Fla. 2d DCA 2009). The main issue on appeal: whether or not an attorney’s testimony without the tendering of documentary fee records into evidence creates an appropriate basis for an award of attorney fees.
